Guillermo was helpful the whole time which was beneficial for us because we were first time home buyers. Anytime we had questions Guillermo provided answers and was transparent with us the entire time. If he didn't have the answer he looked into it and provided us in the direction that was needed to get answers. I of course never sold a house before but Gina M Garcia has helped some of my husbands family already so it made it easier to work with her.
